Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so if you have any questions or concerns related to your item please email us at tabby@amplifymerch.com.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase if you are not the original purchaser.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discontinued items cannot be refunded.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Bulk purchases that have been set up and ready for print, already gone to print, or already in route may be still charged set up fees, shipping costs and may not receive a full refund.
- Item cancelations that are not due to printer error, quality, may not be refunded. These issues will be considered on a case by case basis
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tabby@amplifymerch.com with any information and or photos of the product.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2 weeks.
To return your product, you should mail your product to 382 Victorian Circle, Dallas, Ga 30157. We have a large variety of suppliers and vendors so do not return your items to the return address on your package.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
You may also contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, any refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Custom, Specialty or New Vendor Orders
At Amplify Merch, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and reliable service. To achieve this, we occasionally partner with new vendors to offer a wider range of items. While we carefully select these partners, we cannot guarantee their shipping dates, timelines, or other logistics details.
Monitoring & Quality Assurance
We closely monitor our vendors to ensure they meet our standards. If items are not shipped within a reasonable timeframe, or if proofs do not meet the expected quality, we reserve the right to cancel the order. You, as the customer, also have the right to cancel under these circumstances. However, cancellations not due to printer error, or quality may still be charged set up fees, file conversion fees etc.
Our Commitment to You
- Order Status Updates: We will keep you informed about the status of your order, especially if any delays occur.
- Flexible Cancellation: If we identify potential issues with the vendor’s timeline or quality, we may proactively cancel and refund your order.
- Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Should you find any delays or concerns regarding the order unacceptable, please feel free to reach out to us.
Samples
We occasionally send out samples for evaluation.
Not everyone will receive the same samples. If you are interested in a certain product, we may send you a single sample for review.
If you notice issues with a sample, please submit any information and photos to us so that we can address issues with the printer. Please make sure to get clear photos, in good lighting.
